The Lodges at Cresthaven fractional ownership is deeded real estate ownership of a specific lodge and includes equity in common property of our Lake George resort. Fractional owners purchase the lodge of their choice and will return to that specific vacation home every time they stay. Ownership is available in 1/10th deed (3 weeks of the year) to Whole ownership 10/10th deed (30 weeks a year) so you can purchase as much of your
real estate property as you like.
